SCC Mobile Client provides responsive mobile device access to SCC MediaServer Enterprise and Cloud Edition digital asset management systems.
 
Configurable search page incorporates custom media type checkboxes, grid and multicolumn display options, expandable advanced search panel, links for creating assignments and for uploading media either from the mobile device media library or directly from the camera.
 
Advanced search panel supports query assist fields with configurable search target fields (dependent on selected media type), unique-id search field, predefined date range selector, manual and calendar-assisted date entry fields, sort order selector and saved search facility.
 
Result displays support a choice of grid or multicolumn layouts, permissions dependent function tools (preview, download, edit, select, delete), a ratings selector, and one or more metadata field values from each asset.
 
Detail displays incorporate a preview image, permissions dependent function tools (download, edit, delete), a ratings selector, and one or more metadata field values from the asset. Supports right and left finger swipe to view next or previous detail.

Create forms and edit forms support tabbed layouts containing any number of metadata text entry fields, pulldown list selectors, multi-select list controls, calendar date/time pickers and checkboxes. Edit forms include a history tab displaying prior revisions to metadata field values.
 
Delivery function allows any number of server-defined delivery targets to be listed for selection based on user permissions. Selected assets are delivered by the SCC MediaServer system to each chosen target.
 
Upload function allows any number of server-defined targets to be listed for selection based on user permissions. Each upload target includes a configurable metadata form and drop box allowing selected images to be uploaded from the mobile device media library or directly from the camera.
 
Touch enabled crop facility allows non-destructive soft-crop overlays to be applied to selected images. Crop shapes are created, resized and repositioned using touch gestures, or selected from a predefined list. Images are optionally hard-cropped to these dimensions during delivery.
 
When the SCC MediaServer assignments module is enabled, supports creation, search, display and editing budget, story, graphic and photo assignment records.
